# Atom

Atom is a premium private travel VPN. The nodes are dedicated, never shared.

Pricing:
- Node: $49/month or $349/year (40% off $588) — one dedicated machine, one dedicated IP.
- Ultimate: $199/month or $1,433/year (40% off $2,388) — three dedicated nodes for one family, typically Americas / Europe / Asia-Pacific. Each has its own IP and about 20 TB outbound.
- Family invoice (one node): $99 / $713.

There is no extra initiation fee. Payments are taken on Whop. USDC/USDT can be arranged.

## What it is
- One dedicated virtual machine and one dedicated IP. Never shared with other customers.
- Dedicated: one virtual machine and one IP per household. Not a shared seat.
- Reservation is instant at payment. Provisioning (create the box, attach the IP, send setup) usually takes about 10–15 minutes.
- Travel date at checkout is when the customer flies — not a wait for the machine.
- Phone-first setup on cellular, before hotel Wi-Fi. Then the laptop.
- Speed: up to about 100 MB/s (megabytes, not megabits) on a clear path, including China travel. Hotel Wi-Fi still sets the floor.
- Traffic: about 20 TB outbound per month on the dedicated node, passed through one to one. Inbound does not count against that allowance. This is the full included traffic on the box, not a slice of a shared pool.
- Positioning: one of the best travel VPNs in the world because the infrastructure is private, not a shared city list. China is a hard network we care about; it is not the only country.
- For: families, expats, and travelers who will pay more for a private address — or a small private network — on a hard network.
- Not for: people who want a $3–$15/month two-year consumer app tonight.

## What it is not
- Not a Nord/Express/Surfshark clone.
- Not a multi-tenant seat on a city list.
- Not a “dedicated IP add-on” ($10–$18 extra on a consumer VPN). That is a sticky address on shared infrastructure.
- Not a how-to for bypassing local network controls. We do not publish recipes, ports, or protocol names on customer pages. Local law where you travel is yours.
